Vadouvan is a ready-to-use blend of spices that is a French derivative of a masala. It is an Indian curry blend with added aromatics such as shallots and garlic.
Ingredients: spices, tumeric, salt, onion, dried chiles, garlic, shallots, sugar, olive oil, natural smoke flavor.
Directions: Use in place of other curry powders for a unique twist. Cook longer for enhanced flavor. Great with tangy yogurt, chicken, winter squash or lamb.
