Basque cuisine uses Basque peppers in the simplest dishes,
from omelettes, fried eggs, grilled sardines, vinaigrette… sautéed potatoes with a hint of garlic.
One of the best combinations is to sprinkle the chilli on duck rillettes,
or copiously goat cheese.
