The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Biologico Biancolilla Titone is produced from Biancolilla monovarietal olives. The very green olives are harvested by hand and, after stopping in a thermo-conditioned environment, they are pressed into the farm, already after three hours from the harvesting with toothed disc crushers and closed-temperature controlled grinders. The oil thus obtained is stored under nitrogen and filtered after a few days. Biancolilla is an olive oil that falls within the olive growing of the PDO valle Trapanesi.
