Description
The Aleppo pepper is a variety of Capsicum annuum used as a spice, particularly in Turkish cuisine, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
A moderately spicy pepper with notes of sun-dried tomato and raisin. Use in place of crushed red pepper flakes as a condiment on pizza, mashed potatoes, or in soups and dips.
