Creamy, buttery Caramel from Peter's. High quality and ready-to-use. Store in a cool, dry location. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Melt to approximately 125ºF - 150ºF for easy pouring.
To thin the caramel add a little heavy cream. To thicken caramel add ½ to 1 oz. confectioner's sugar to 1lb. of caramel. For caramel apples use 1 lb white confectionary coating to the 5lbs Peter’s Caramel loaf.
