Ceriello Vodka Sauce 15oz

 Italian-grown San-Marzano Style tomatoes, fresh produce and top-quality spices.

This Tomato-based Basil Sauce is the perfect blend of chunky & strained tomatoes, this is a moderately thick sauce infused with the fragrant flavor of fresh basil. Serve it with shorter, chunkier cuts of fresh or dried pasta (like rigatoni). It's also great as a dressing on white fish, for veal pizzaiolo, or for slow-cooking pork tenderloin.

Sealed jars are shelf-stable for 2 years and good in the refrigerator, after opening, for about a week. A 15oz jar is good for about one pound of pasta (3-4 people). 

Ingredients: Tomatoes, tomato puree, ultra pasteurized heavy cream (heavy cream, algin, monoglyceride, sodium pyrophosphate), fresh mushrooms, fresh celery, water, fresh onions, butter, fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, fresh parsley, vodka, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
