Castelvetrano Olives - also known as Nocellara del Belice olives - are only grown in southwest Sicily, but they are loved all over the world for their fleshy texture and nutty-buttery flavor. Castelvetranos are large olives that are hand-picked before they completely ripen, giving them a naturally bright, green color.
