Our smoked bratwurst are fully cooked and ready to warm and serve.
GRILL:
Place bratwurst on grill 7"-9" above the heat source. Use low heat to avoid split casings. Heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.
SKILLET:
Add ¼” – ½” water to the bottom of the skillet and add the sausages to the pan. Cover and simmer over LOW heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning often with tongs.
