The Boos 1887 Collection celebrates natural beauty and timeless design. The American Black Walnut Rustic-Edge cutting boards are made to be as close to nature as possible, featuring a solid, one-piece construction with no glue joints.
Each board is 1¾″ thick and kiln-dried, with organically shaped rustic edges that highlight the wood’s natural form. The smooth surface is ideal for food preparation or elegant serving, while the rich walnut grain reveals visible age rings that tell the story of the tree itself.
No two boards are alike—natural variations such as knot holes, vibrant color shifts, and distinctive markings give every piece its own character, making each board truly unique and beautifully authentic.
