The raspberries used to make our puree are grown in open fields in Serbia, on hillsides at altitudes between 600 and 1000 meters. They are traditionally hand-picked. Les vergers Boiron selects the summer varieties Mecker and Willamette.
The Raspberry puree delivers a tangy sensation on the palate, thanks to the balance between the natural sweetness of the Mecker variety and the acidity of the Willamette.
