Santoku stands for "Knife of the Three Virtues" - a name that can be traced back to the versatility of the knife when cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The pointed end of the 18 cm long blade is used for decorating. With the DarkNitro series, Friedr. Dick once again shows the ultimate knife art. The combination of the unique blade look with hammered embossing and carbon look as well as the handle made of fine oak wood creates unique knives.
