Leksands Original Rye Triangle Crispbread

Leksands has been baking crispbread since the 1920s, following a simple family recipe that uses all-natural ingredients - locally grown 100% wholegrain rye flour, fresh water from their own spring, yeast and just a pinch of salt.

Baking with wholegrain rye flour means that both the grain and the fiber-filled husk are retained. This method results in crispbread that contains 21% fiber and is rich in vitamins and minerals.
