Boiron Frozen Lime Puree 1kg

The Lime puree from Les vergers Boiron is made by blending two varieties of Lime grown in the world’s leading producing countries: Brazil and Mexico. The Citrus latifolia (Tahiti Lime) comes from Brazil and the West Coast of Mexico and is commonly used in the fresh market. The Citrus aurantifolia (Key lime) is exclusively cultivated on the East Coast of Mexico, in the high Caribbean. The green Lemons are hand-harvested in large plantations year-round, with peak production in January and February in Brazil, and between June and July in Mexico.

Our puree stands out with its pronounced acidity and a slight bitterness. It reveals zesty aromas, Lemon notes, and a delicate hint of Coconut.
