Field ripened tomatoes are washed, steam peeled and sorted before being placed in the can and topped with a light puree. Only a pinch of salt and fresh basil are added for flavor! Each can is sealed, cooked and cooled in order to lock in the California summer harvest so you can enjoy every can throughout the year.
