Kachumber Salad

Yield: 2 cup

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 cup chopped cucumber

1 cup chopped red onion

1 each roma tomato

1 each jalapeno sliced

1/4 tsp cumin powder*

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp granulated sugar

Kosher salt*, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently with a spoon. Let sit for at least 20 minutes so that the flavors marry.
