Yield: 9" pie

1 jar Hurd Orchards Blueberry Pie Filling

1 Dufour 9" Pate Sucree shell

1 1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract or bean paste

Pour blueberry pie filling into unbaked tart shell. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, until filling is thick and bubbly. Cool completely.

In a mixer whip sour cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste until fluffy. Fill a pastry bag with a 1/2" star tip, or favorite. Pipe sour cream mixture on top. Enjoy.
