Mazeh means 'taste' in Farsi, and this blend will have your tastebuds dancing with its sweet and savory notes. We sourced an ingredient called 'golpar' for this blend - a pungent and aromatic seed that is found growing wild all over Iran but little elsewhere. It's an essential ingredient to Advieh (Persian spice mixes) and is lovely with rice, lamb, veggies and lentils alike. Contains: Cumin, Ceylon cinnamon, rose petals, coriander, black pepper, golpar, black lime, mace and cardamom.
