In crafting our Vanilla Fleur de Sel (Vanilla Sea Salt), we combined our Ground Vanilla Beans with a moist finishing salt. For this, we chose a hand-harvested flower of salt from Guérande, France.
It is best used as a finishing salt in both sweet and savory applications bringing out subtle flavors in seafood, poultry, meat, potatoes and vegetables. It also brings out the best in sweet delicacies such as baked goods, chocolate, caramel, popcorn, and more.
