 Grey sea salt is hand-harvested on the Guérande salt marshes by independent salt workers using traditional know-how.

This sea salt is naturally grey and rich in mineral salts as a result of the clay on the bottom of the ponds from which it is harvested. Untreated and additive-free, it’s ideal for cooking and for salt crust recipes.
