Pennette "Arrabbiata" are a very classic Italian recipe, simple and perfecet! In our recipe we added a secret touch to make this dish more tasty to spicy lovers.
Preparation: bring 2 and 3/4 cups (0,65 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Suggestions: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried bread crumbles.
Wine: Sovana Rosso Superiore DOC or medium bodied red wine.
Ingredients: pasta, hot chili pepper, herbs, salt.
