Fire Roasted Tomato Mozzarella and Basil Ravioli (refrigerated)
The oldest filled pasta producer in Italy. Founded in Bologna Italy in 1882.
Cooking Instructions: Add pasta to 4 quarts of salted, boiling water. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes or 4 to 5 if frozen. Once cooked, gently remove pasta with slotted spoon. Serve immediately and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmasan.
