Tartuflanghe Cheese and White Truffle Powder

Powder condiment. Sprinkle over your warm dishes, especially on short pasta, egg pasta, risotto, gnocchi, ravioli and tortelli. Once your pasta is cooked, dress it with some olive oil, butter or cream and sprinkle our condiment in powder over it, as a tasty seasoning. Try it on potato and vegetable soups.
