Our products are grown in the vineyards of our family, with a total surface of approximately 80 stremma (80,000 sq. m.), at Nea Gonia in Halkidiki.
The methods we use in the cultivation of the vineyards and in the processing of our products are a combination of modern agriculture know-how and traditional recipes transferred to us by our grandfathers and grandmothers brought with them from Asia Minor, Eastern Thrace and Armenia at the dawn of the 20th century. This is the reason why all our vineyards are "Sultana", a variety that provides tender and tasty leaves, despite the low production of grapes.
