Have you always wanted to make fresh-baked bread at home, but didn’t know where to start? Are you currently a home baker looking to improve? This course provides the fundamentals to understanding the bread-baking process. Taught by a professional Bread Baker, you’ll learn tips and techniques to give you the confidence to bake your best loaves ever! In this class we will knead, shape, and bake traditional Challah braids. A delicious addition to any meal - holiday or year-round - Challah is a wonderful bread to help you learn how to approach egg-rich doughs. Great activity for parents and kids who love being in the kitchen! Students will be taking home fresh baked Challah, so bring a bag to take your bread home. This is a hands-on workshop - you will get dirty with flour! Bring an apron if you prefer.
