The quality and integrity of Pamplie butter benefits from the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) label: AOP Beurre Charentes-Poitou. Put in a traditional stainless steel church, the cream is gently processed for about 2 hours. This slow and artisanal process improves the qualities of the cream, resulting in a final product with the delicate hazelnut smell and flavor that consumers greatly appreciate.
