CMC Powder is a cellulose gum powder for producing gum paste. To make perfect gum paste, simply kneaded 1-teaspoon of CMC powder into 8 ounces of rolled fondant.
Add to gumpaste for a pure white color and an easy to work with gumpaste. Can be used in place of gum tragacanth.
