Coarse sugar crystals are great for holiday cookie baking, you can bake them right onto cookies and they won't melt! To bake these white sugar sprinkles onto your cookies, just paint an egg wash onto unbaked dough and roll or sprinkle on the sugar crystals, it's so easy! Coarse sugar is larger than sanding sugar.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Red 40, Red 3, Carnauba Wax and Confectioner's Glaze.
