Made entirely out of wood, it's designed to be sealed with oil to cut back on burns or scorch marks. Its poplar wood constructions holds up better than an alternative in pinewood. Tapered edges make it easy to slide under pizza. This pizza peel will not transfer flavors and should only be washed by hand.
