This monocultivar of "Cerasuola" obtained from olives from organic farming in the PDO Valli Trapanesi production area, one of the most prestigious Sicilian PDOs, offers us an intensely fruity extra virgin olive oil, with the typical fragrance that reminds us of fresh fruit and a pleasant aftertaste almond. Especially suitable for legume soups, red meats and all dishes based on bitter vegetables.

AROMA: Spicy and clear and persistent herbaceous.
TASTE: Fruity of high intensity. Good balance with an aftertaste of green tomato and bitter almond on the finish.
