Vinegar Base

Yield: 3 cup

1 cup apple cider vinegar*

1 cup unseasoned rice vinegar*

1 cup water

3/4 cup granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients in sauce pot

Bring to boil to dissolve sugar, then immediately kill heat and cool.
